Hi, I’m Kristie, a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker, Realtor®, and Property Manager. As the owner of both Lake To County Realty and Lake Anna Property Management, I bring extensive experience in real estate sales, property management, and local market knowledge.
I’m passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and rent homes in the Lake Anna and surrounding areas. My goal is simple: to reduce stress, minimize risk, and provide expert guidance so you can make confident real estate decisions.
